Renting out a room in a shared privately rented house in Hulme. The room is shown in the last pictures above, the bathroom would be shared with one other girl as there is no bathroom on the middle floor. We would like someone who is tidy, cleans after themselves and isn’t TOO outgoing as we would prefer no parties in the house or any late night disturbances. We’d like a girl who we can build a connection and friendship with.

A bit about the girls:
We are all Canadian international muslim students, studying law at University of Manchester. We like going out, watching movies, cooking, socializing, islam, eating, cats, and travelling. We’re also looking to purchase a cat, so you should also be okay with that.

About the bills(not included in rent pricing):
Bills are £60 monthly; gas, electric & Wi-Fi.
Water is billed every 6 months, and varies.
