Single Room - Manchester Flat

Hi! This is a single room in a 3 bed flat in Manchester, owned by me (Grace, 23) and my brother (James, 21). It is a small room, however previous tenants have fit in a desk, small wardrobe, drawers and a bed, we are happy for you to make the room your own and furnish however you like! We have lived in Manchester for 3 years now, the flat is a good size, we have kept it fairly modern and homely. The flat is ideal for students as we are a short walk from all the campuses and about a 15/20min walk to the city centre. Me and James love music, we have a vinyl player on most of the time, we love to socialise and cook, which we would like to share with our tenant. We are fun and laid back but we prefer to keep the flat clean and tidy! I work at a sports uni in HR and James is a flight attendant so occasionally has random shifts. We have a great group of friends if you would be interested in meeting new people, I enjoy the gym and sport if that’s your thing! I am straight but my brother is gay, we embrace all sexualities, genders, race and ethnicities, we love animals also! I do have a boyfriend who is around now and again.
