Double room in a lovely Town house in Hulme, near the City Centre (15min walk) its modern, warm, clean, Private yet friendly with a lovely kind feel.

The room is a Large Double size room with plenty of light and has a comfortable new Double bed and is fully furnished with enough space for your clothes and belongs. The house is generally quiet and peaceful with Superfast Wi-Fi connection, space for your possessions.

There is a lovely warm bathroom with hot water on demand frim the new combi heater. There is a fully equipped kitchen with space to dine if you enjoy cooking.

It's very close to the City Centre and would be perfectly suitable for Cabin Crew, Uni/MMU Professionals, City  & Hospital Professionals. It's only 20 minutes to Manchester Airport, 15 mins to MMU/ ManMet, MRI. The bus is opposite the accommodation and trams 10 minutes away, for easy access to the City and Airport.
There's a variety of local shops and other amenities are also within a 5-minute walk. I'm sure your stay will be a pleasant one.

The house is a ‘home’ and is generally quiet, with a clean, relaxed and kind feel and is smoke-free, many guests comment about how they enjoy the energy in the house.

The room is best suitable for settled in people, who work and may prefer a place in a relaxed amd comfortable, clean spacious home. You  have access to the lounge and have access to the kitchen, bathroom and garden.
