We are two male PhD students. We are looking for another PhD student / post-doctorate (male or female) to share a three bedroom semi-detached house in Hulme very close to UoM / MMU /AMBS. The property is available for short-let only for 3 months from June to August 2024. The house is fully furnished with burglar alarm. A very quiet, clean and a lively house and ideally located for students close to the Manchester Science Park. Garden in front and at the rear secured with fence. Timber laminated flooring and tiled kitchen and toilets. Gas central heating, fridge-freezer, washing machine, condenser dryer, microwave, settee and etc. Large kitchen and separate lounge (sitting room). There are two toilets one with bath and shower. About 7 minute walk to UoM, Manchester Business School, Royal College of Music and MMU and MSP. Very close to ASDA, sports centre, surgeries, hospitals, bus stops and police station. About 30 mins walk to the city centre. RENT: £630 for the double bedroom per person per calendar month including internet. Bills (water, gas and electricity) work out to be about £50 - £70 per person per month depending on usage. Prefer non-smokers.
