Double room available in a 2 bed flat share

I’m looking for a flat mate to take over my current flat mate’s tenancy from June 28th

Looking for a working professional who is clean, tidy, considerate and respectful

Ideally, I’d like to live with a female and someone I can be friends with but being cordial is fine too. I’m quite social but I do like to do my own thing most times so looking for someone quite similar :)

I prefer nights in having a home cooked meal and meaningful conversations and/or watching Netflix or anime but also love a good brunch and going to galleries/museums.

Current rent is £475 pcm each (£950 total rent for the property). Bills like council tax, electricity, water and wifi add up to around £200 depending on how much is used. I pay around £700 in total for rent & bills. Living room, kitchen and bathroom is shared. The flat is a 2 bed flat and on the 7th floor. It also has its own balcony. The desk on the left hand side in the living room will be gone as that’s my flat mate’s and decor can be changed to suit both our styles
