Double-bed room in spacious 2-bed flat in Hulme

Comfy double-bed room available, bills NOT included :)

My flatmate will soon be moving, so I'm looking for a new flatmate to take their room.

The flat is a spacious 3-bed*, with shared bathroom, kitchen and living room areas. There's plenty of storage and secure parking available. The property is furnished, however, we have made some small changes. The flat is on the second floor. Please note that unfortunately there's no lift.

The available bedroom has access to a small balcony. It's still occupied, so there will be some minor changes when the tenant moves out, but the main furniture will remain as is.

*Note: there are two bedrooms, mine and the one available, and an additional third small room (nursery size) being used as desk space for wfh/storage, so there's is plenty of room!

The flat is located in Hulme area and is very close to town with great public transport connection. There are a few local shops close by and a big Asda at 15mins walk.

The bills are NOT included. Water, electric, WiFi and council tax are approximately £200/month on average.
Council tax band B.

We've been renting directly from the landlord, so there will be no agency/admin fees attached, only the deposit.

I'm very friendly, enjoy a good chat and laugh and am very respectful of personal space so I'm looking for a chilled, tidy, clean and sociable flatmate with a good vibe to share the flat. I'd appreciate when you message me to introduce yourself a bit and I'm happy to answer any questions!
