Immediate tenancy takeover for a female flatmate to move from 12/05/2025 to 30/06/2025 (May costs £115). A bigger room is available for the following academic year if you wish to extend your length of stay for a year!

Rent is just 275 per month + parking space not including bills (Council tax band C). Available for students and professionals.

The tenancy will be shared with a close knitted group of creative students and professionals, who are also LGBT. The right candidate should take pride in keeping things tidy, and, in return, you shall receive the same!

The group is outgoing and fun - they enjoy gardening, arts, staying in to watch a drama or going out to boogie!

Location is right by Hulme High street, meaning Asda's superstore, Hulme's leisure centre and Loretto College bus stop are all a small dawdle away (no longer than 2 minute on foot). Bussess pass at least once every 10 minute so you can get to town or Chorlton quickly!

Room is a single bed on the middle floor, where a whole bathroom is shared with two others and a half bathroom is shared with all downstairs.

You'll also find a full kitchen complete with 4 electric hobs, multi purpose oven, air fryer and washing machine with a spin function. The living room is fully furnished and decorated with a large TV and furthermore a conservatory with a communal table and drying racks. The large garden connects to the conservatory and accesses a gated parking area for residents.
