Hi there! I’m a business owner based in Manchester and I’m looking for a tenant to join me in my apartment. Here’s what’s on offer:
• You’ll have your own fully furnished room — bed, sheets and towels already laid out for you.
• The bathroom just outside the room will be for your exclusive use only (I have my own en-suite in my room).
• The house is located in Hulme, just 1.5–2 miles from Manchester City Centre, so you’re very close to all the action. 
• The communal areas are well equipped: kitchen with plates, pots, cups etc all set up you just move in.
• I have a PS5 at home and you’re welcome to use it — we can even watch football together if you’re up for it.
• I go to the gym regularly, so if you do too, that’s a plus.
• Cleaner comes in once or twice a month to keep the place fresh and tidy.
• Towels/bed sheets in your room are ready; you can bring your own if you prefer for the bathroom.
• Looking for someone respectful, tidy, and easy to get along with — someone who values their own space but is also up for a bit of relaxed social time now and then
