Looking for someone to take over my tendency for a double room in our 3-bed townhouse. It’s in an ideal location, close to the city centre x

💵 Rent: £580 per month (excluding bills)
🏠 Availability: From 24th February (am aiming to move out by the end of the month)
🛏️ Fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and a chest of drawers

You’ll be sharing with two friendly housemates: Hanae (24), a working professional, and Kat (26), a creative writing student. We’re looking for either a professional or student to move in :)
