We’re looking for 2 friendly, tidy housemates to join a spacious 4-bedroom house in Hulme, next to Deansgate, just a short walk from the universities and Manchester city centre.

✨ The House:
• 3 good-sized bedrooms, all doubles. Room 2 is more expensive due to size, plus balcony. Room 3 has juliette balcony.
• Fully furnished including TV & homely vibe
• Spacious living area
• Modern kitchen with appliances, including a utility with washer, dryer and hanging spaces & back door access to patio.
• 2 x Bathrooms (upstairs (shared shower between 3) and downstairs (toilet only))
• Private garden/patio with backdoor access
• Free On-street parking available

📍 Location:
Located in Hulme (M15 5LR) – great transport links, close to Uni of Manchester, MMU, Oxford Road, and local shops. Short walk to Deansgate, to St Peter’s Square, gym close by and safe area (lived here for two years, no problems & lovely landlord who is super helpful).

💰 Rent: £600 per month (+£90 for all bills including wifi & unlimited energy/heating & ~£40 in council tax each). Bedroom 2 has a balcony, therefore is +£10 more a week than Bedroom 1 and 3 - see individual room prices.

A bit about us:
We are two 24-year-old friends, young professionals working in the city centre, Mon-Fri. We love being social, live music and a cheeky binge-watch session - would love to have film nights with our new housemates! Ideally looking for 2 more housemates who would like to be friends, rather than cohabit, and can spend evenings together (while also respecting each other's space/alone time), having some drinks, and having fun.

Must be someone who is inclusive, LGBTQIA+ friendly, with liberal/inclusive views. Currently an all-girls house, but open to a mixed house so long as tenants are polite, tidy and respectful of living in a shared environment.
