Double room in lovely flat for rent, all bills inc

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Hulme, from late April/the start of May to July 11th. It’s a lovely, cosy flat which we have made feel like home. There is a shared spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom. We also have a juliet balcony which when the sun is shining is a lovely opportunity to let the outside in!
There is a bus stop and city bikes just outside the flat - it’s a 10 minute bus/cycle into the city centre, or a 25 minute walk. There are convenience shops and a laundrette just around the corner, and a big Asda and B&M a 15 minute walk away!
All bills including Wi-Fi are included in rent price and there is parking available.
You would be sharing with one other girl, who loves to cook and craft, and is incredibly welcoming!
