Double En suite bedroom in a 2 bed flat in Hulme

Hi, I’m Bahar, a PhD student at UoM, and I’m looking for a lovely girlie to share my flat with.

I’m very clean, tidy, and pretty quiet, so I’d love to live with someone similar. Ideally, I’m looking for a Master’s or PhD student, but I’m also very happy to hear from undergrads if you’re respectful, clean, and not super noisy.

Professionals are welcome too, but just a small note that council tax would need to be covered by you, since I’m a student.

The room is spacious, very clean, and newly furnished, and you’ll also have your own private bathroom, which is a huge bonus.

There’s also a shared living room with really nice natural light, so the flat feels bright and cosy.

The location is less than a 10-minute walk to the university and about 30 minutes to the city centre.

The building also has great facilities including a 24/7 reception, gym, common dining areas, and parking.
