Single Room, Furnished

A small single room is available in Hulme for a short-term let, from now until 14th August - potential for long term. This is a temporary arrangement, as I’ll be moving to Australia on that date and we’ll have long-term tenants moving in afterwards, so the room will need to be vacated by then.

The flat is in an ideal location with easy access to the city centre.

My brother and I have lived here together for nearly six years and have had several tenants over that time, so we’re very used to sharing the space. I work at MMU and my brother works for TUI, and we’re both out of the house most of the day. I also play netball a few times a week, and we’re often out at events or away at weekends.

The house has a shared bathroom and kitchen, so we’re looking for someone tidy, considerate, and easy to live with. It’s definitely not a party house, although we may occasionally have a friend over or my boyfriend staying.

The room is fairly small with limited storage, so it would suit someone travelling light or looking for a short-term base.
