Luxury apartment in converted church

I have a room to rent in St Georges converted church in Manchester. It is a beautiful building and the flat is split across 3 floors. It isn't expensive at all for what is on offer. We would split the bills 2 ways, and there is the usual agency fees/deposit to pay, but it is worth every penny. I don't think there are many more impressive buildings to live in in Central Manchester.

I'm a 30 year old student doctor. I'm at the hospital through the week but like to go out at the weekends. The flat is literally perfect for house parties too (at the weekend!)

I can pretty much get on with most people but it would be nice to meet someone who is looking to get know each other rather than just keeping ourselves locked away in our rooms. It’s always nice to eat together or have a couple of drinks if were both about after work. I spend my time going to the gym, going to the pub or going to the hospital. I have other ‘hobbies’ like a piano and a snowboard (and I love them both) but barely ever touch them these days! I like the place to be clean and tidy but I'm not military about it, and wouldn't want you to be either. I like to feel totally comfortable at home and want whoever I share with to be the same way.
