Spacious ground floor apartment with open plan living room, modern kitchen and patio doors leading to a small patio overlooking the garden. There are only 2 other apartments in the block which has secure buzzer entry..

You will have your own furnished room with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. You also have your own bathroom just across the hall with bath and shower. There is also plenty of shelf and storage space for you to use in the living room.

£650 a month for rent and all bills including residents only on street parking and a fortnightly visit from a cleaner.

The apartment is situated a 10 minute walk to Asda and a 2 minute walk to a pretty handy corner shop. Good transport links with the 250 and 256 bus routes stopping 5 minutes away, and the 85 and 86 less than 10 minutes from here. Manchester city centre is a pleasant 30 minute walk and both Cornbrook and Deansgate metrolink stops are about 20 minutes away. The M602 and the motorway network is a 5 minute drive away.

Flatmate:

I'm a friendly laid back guy who gets along with most people. I'm equally happy doing my own thing or spending time together, so you'll have plenty of your own space, but it won't feel like you're living alone either!

I work from 9 - 5 Monday to Friday ( 2 days office, 3 wfh) so keep pretty regular hours during the week but don't mind if you don't! Enjoy a good Netflix binge or gaming session after work. At the weekend I can be tempted out for a day trip somewhere or a few drinks in the evening.

I go running or to the gym a few times a week and if you would like to join me or force me to go more often that would be great!

I occasionally vape in the house, but if you want to smoke real cigarettes you can use the patio.

You'll also be sharing the house with two very friendly cats who spend as much time outside as they do inside. Bonus points if you are willing to babysit them when I'm away!
