Single room available in Hulme from the 28th of October.

The flat itself is located in a secure gated residence just off Stretford road in Hulme which is only a 15-20 minute walk to either the city-centre or to the universities on Oxford road.

The flat is fully furnished, we have both a washing machine and a tumble-dryer, broadband internet, and access to a large communal garden directly from the French windows in our living room. There is also bicycle storage facilities available in the garden.

The room available is a single with a small double bed and wardrobe; there is a good sized living room with additional storage space available; the kitchen is open plan attached to the living room and has oven, grill, microwave, and fridge-freezer; also there is a large shared bathroom with shower/bath.

Current housemates are both young professionals: Tom is a freelancer and Rob works in medical sales. Tom has been in this property for one month and Rob has been here for at least 3 years.

"During the week we are both working so generally keep things quiet Monday to Friday, but still go out for a few drinks around Hulme or Chorlton and also socialise at weekends going to gigs etc."

We are looking for someone who is tidy, relaxed, and also who would like to socialize with us as opposed to just living in the same house.
