I have a single room to let in a large lovely apartment walking distance to city centre and universities. It's right near Hulme Park. It is a two bedroom apartment with one bathroom. It is on the 2nd floor which means we get a nice view from the front and back. There is parking on all roads next to the apartment.

The apartment benefits from a large open plan living area and huge balcony and is south facing.

I am 29 years old. I work in Psychology and like to unwind after work in a nice quiet chilled environment although at times I like to have a night out too! I consider myself fairly easy going and friendly. Looking for someone respectful, easy going and friendly.

Hulme is an upcoming area with regular buses to the city centre. There is a ASDA, post office and café close by.

I am looking for someone to stay Monday to Friday as my mum or friends occasionally may use the room over some weekends (all bedding will be changed and wardrobe/cupboards will never be used by other guests). For Lodgers wanting to stop over at weekends this may be possible at an extra charge with notice.
