Hello. I am looking for a flatmate to take one of the rooms which will be available beginning the 27th of June 2017.
The flat is situated next to ASDA (Argos, B&M, Poundtstrecher) in Hulme. 15 minutes walking to Oxford Road and 30 minutes walking to the city centre and 1 minute till the bus stop towards the city centre.
The rooms are en suite, however the living room and kitchen are shared. The flat also has a balcony. The appliances available are: a washing machine, cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle.
The flat is managed by an agency so this will incur extra charges for referencing and also may require a guarantor.
