It is a self contained room within a 2 bed flat due to the second bedroom being so small, we converted the living room into the second bedroom! The small spare room can be used for storage!
Separate Kitchen, Shared Bathroom and access from both rooms onto the huge balcony!
I’m totally laid back and easy to get on with. I work shifts so usually out early in the morning or back late at night. Everything you need is here and you would only need to bring yourself, clothes and bedding!
Inclusive of all bills (depending on usage) so as long as you are not sat in all day with the heating on full blast everything would be covered!
