Small but pleasant sunny room

Small but pleasant sunny room (in the summer!)2 chests of drawers,1 IKEA wardrobe, armchair, single bed and TV. all furniture is clean and in a good condition.
I would like an independent flatmate who lives their own life and comes and goes as they please.
The rest of the flat is communal for us both. I do have 2 cats and a border collie dog and they are always in the communal areas, though my dog stays mainly with me in my room and goes out wherever I go. So if you don't like animals please don't apply for the room.
The only other thing I ask is for quietness after 10 at night because I go to bed early.
