We are an all female family household with a spare room to rent .
We already have a lovely tenant with us but have room for one more.
The house itself is a 4 bedroom over three floors so plenty of space and privacy.
House is on a private new build estate so plenty of safe parking . It’s lovely and peaceful.
We have two friendly dogs too but they are always kept downstairs.
Please note it will be unfurnished.
