One room to rent in irlam

I have a room to rent in a lovely house in Irlam its in a new build estate, which was built in 2008 and is a really lovely town house with three floors, downstairs is a spare room for when people come to stay and a kitchen and dining table and garden, the next floor is the living room and my room and the third floor is the master bathroom and the two spare rooms and a study, its a lovely quiet house and there is parking on the street.

All bills included and has broadband etc, I am a professional and work shifts so the house is quiet and also clean..
