Large apartment located just a 2 minute walk into the town centre with a bus station, markets and shops and a 2 minute walk to Asda and 10 minutes from a Tesco extra/lidl/aldi.

All bills included with unlimited electricity usage combined with a living room that is 99% free as I barely spend my time in there.

This modernised apartment comes in 2 floors, the first floor has a hallway which leads to a spacious living room along and kitchen based with a fridge/freezer, gassed stoves, cookery and washing machine.

Upstairs leads to a small hallway where the bathroom is

Across the bathroom is the spare room which is spacious enough to fit in long 2 desks/wardrobes along with a double bed as seen in the pictures.

The room is approximately 18ft long and 8ft wide

living room is approximately 15ft by 15ft

kitchen is approximately 13ft by 5ft
