Two double rooms are available in a house share on Cromwell Grove in Levenshulme, close to the station and cafes/bars/restaurants in the area. You'll be sharing a bathroom, living space and kitchen with the two current housemates.

We are a relaxed but clean house. We are friendly and looking for someone we can get on with and who will contribute to ensuring the house is looked after.

The house is furnished and four stories, including an attic conversion and two cellar rooms (good for storage). The house is lovely and clean, stylish, modern, light & airy with wooden floors throughout ground floor. We have super fast fibre optic Broadband.

The kitchen has washing machine and the cellar has a tumble dryer. The bathroom has a power shower. There is a nice patio area outside.
