Single and double room available in cosy house

A single and double room are available in our cosy house share in Levenshulme. The house is a 5- 10min walk from Levenshulme train station and Levenshulme high street.
Current house mates are very welcoming and sociable. We all have busy schedules but like to make the most of a chat and a cupper when we see each other.
The garden is a beautiful space. The house does not have any mod cons but is cosy and well located.
Currently we each pay £60 towards utility bills, WiFi and monthly cleaners, and shared household items such as toilet roll, washing up stuff, laundry powder etc. We then pay £30.50 each for council tax.
We are looking for someone who fits our friendly and respectful dynamic. The room is currently furnished but furniture can be removed by the landlord if you wish. The landlord is in contact regularly and always quick to come round if anything needs doing. They also maintain the garden.
Storage; access to the attic is via this room. There is some room in the small shed.
There is a bike shed too!
The rooms are available short term because of extended backpacking trips. It would be a nice cheap and welcoming landing pad for anyone moving in from outside the area.
