Large double room available - mid terrace house

Large double room available in a decent size 2 bedroom house, 2 reception rooms and fully fitted kitchen that looks out on the garden

I'm looking for an easy going house mate to share the house with. I've moved in recently and have furnished the place but left the 2nd bedroom pretty empty for whoever moves in although there's a fitted wardrobe and a single bed at the moment, i can remove the single bed if you have your own bed you want to bring it there's more than enough room. The room has high ceilings and a view over the back of the house.

All bills included in the £500 including fast speed internet. Theres a another room at the front of the house which can be used as you wish. might be a good chill out /reading room or if you have a tv you want to put in there you're welcome to. I was hoping to get a dining room table in there at some point.

I'm pretty chilled during the week getting home and cooking, watching TV or going to the gym. I like to meet friends on the weekends, levy market or hit some pubs/bars. I'm from Bristol and been in Manchester about 6 months. I like to keep the house tidy and would expect my new housemate not to leave dishes etc. I don't mind vegetarians as long as they don't mind me slow cooking meat normally every Sunday.

I'm flexible on the lease term but will require the month in advance on a monthly basis and a £250 deposit on entry.

The areas pretty cool, next to the Greenbank playing fields, 3 minutes walk from the bluebell pub and a 10 minute walk to Levy station and the house is the second from end of a terrace on a quiet street.
