One double room is available in a professional house share on Cromwell Grove in Levenshulme, close to the station and cafes/bars/restaurants in the area. You'll be sharing a bathroom, living space and kitchen with the three current housemates.

We are a relaxed but clean house. We are friendly and looking for someone we can get on with and who will contribute to ensuring the house is looked after. The house is furnished and four stories, including an attic conversion and two cellar rooms (good for storage). The house is lovely and clean, stylish, modern, light & airy with wooden floors throughout ground floor. We have super-fast fibre optic Broadband. The kitchen has washing machine and the cellar has a tumble dryer. The bathroom has a power shower. There is a nice patio area outside.

£530/month. Earliest move in date is Tuesday 4th January 2022. The bedroom is on the middle floor of the house and is the largest in the house. It's a big double room with carpeted flooring, and is furnished with a double bed, curtains, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.

3 min walk to Levenshulme train station, 6 min train journey to Manchester Piccadilly station. Just a minute’s walk from the high street where bus-stops, cafes, bars, Asda, Tesco, specialist grocery stores, butchers, bakers, post office & newsagents are located. A 10 minute bus ride to University Campus & a 15 minute bus ride to the centre of town. A 10 minute drive into the city centre. Street parking outside property.

Bills: All bills are included; Broadband, TV licence, water, electricity, gas and council tax.

Lease length for 6 months and then on a rolling monthly contract-two month's notice to vacate the property. Rent is payable in advance on the 1st.

Deposit: £100 holding deposit to hold the room. £530 (£430) deposit payable on moving-in day, less the holding deposit.
