Double room available in a really nice home in South Levenshulme. Great area as Fallowfield Loop and Highfield Park are just around the corner for walks and cycling. Station South, Isca and a couple of nice bars again one block away, (The Talleyrand and Nordie) Its a great neighbourhood. Really friendly.

Levenshulme train station is a 6min walk for one stop 8mins to Manchester. Shops, 4 mins away.

Lovely house to relax in. The South facing kitchen and the back garden are all about summer, while the lounge is all about winter with the log burner and a film on the projector. It’s a great house to socialise and share as well as find your own space when you want it. It feels like the kitchen extends into the garden so its lovely when you are cooking.

We are looking for a house mate to be pretty relaxed, tidy and respectful It certainly isn't a party house. Indeed it is a bit of a sanctuary for us outside of work and Uni. We are quite creative and sporty, enjoying arts, photography, running, walking and cycling. There is a nice sense of getting each others backs which we would like the new housemate to share.
