Room in nice Victorian house in Levenshulme

Looking for someone to fill the third room in our house in Levenshulme on Central Avenue. The house is 5 minutes walk to both the closest bus stop and from Levenshulme train station (6 minutes to Picadilly on the train). The house is also a stone’s throw away from Levenshulme High street which has loads of great food places, grocery shops, and bars to frequent! The house has a really nice kitchen/dining room area with a good oven and dishwasher. The living room is comfy and cozy, and we are more than happy for you to add books and stuff to the shelves. There’s also a decent sized garden and driveway round the back. We have just moved to the house (hence the estate agent pics) so you’re welcome to put your stamp on it and make it feel more like home.

The room is on the smaller side and the photo isn’t the best but currently has a double bed and would have room for a wardrobe/draws. It has a good-sized window with views over the back garden. The room can either come furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. We are a sociable group who spend most of our time in the large shared areas, so you wouldn’t be confined to your room!

Patrick is a teacher, Tim is a social researcher, and Ella works in a school. We enjoy cooking together, gigs, beer, wine, politics, the great outdoors etc etc. We’re looking for someone relaxed and fun to join the house.
