Sun-facing room w/ garden + creative housemates

Hey!

I'm leaving a lovely terrace house in Levenshulme to move cities. Cosy communal living room, gorgeous spacious kitchen, 1 shared bathroom, a spare room for mates + south-facing garden, which gets the sun all day! Perfect for summer.

// THE ROOM // **PICS ARE INCOMING**
Is the medium-sized bedroom, plenty of space for a double bed, desk, clothes rail + drawers. At the back of the house so is quiet + also gets the sun for most of the day (great for that *golden hour*). Would come unfurnished, however I'll be leaving some things for the first 2 months (bed, clothes rail, small set of drawers) which you could use if needed.

// THE FLATMATES //
Shannon (they/them) is a freelance graphic designer + DJ. Loves music, anime + gaming. Carly (she/her) is also freelance + works in the arts. Is out most of the time due to work but is friendly + chatty when around the house.

Occasionally we cook together + watch TV/films, hang out in the garden + go to the pub/gigs/the odd club night together. We have a weekly cleaning rota so it would be great to find someone who is also clean + tidy, enjoys socialising + hanging out but equally respects personal space/alone time.

// THE AREA //
Levenshulme is lovely, we live directly behind a coffee shop (with the most amazing pastries), small Tesco down the road, loads more bakeries/restaurants/pubs/cafés just a walk away. 6 minute train to Picadilly, or a 15 min bus ride. Space in the garden for a bike, + on-street parking if you drive. We live on a safe, family-friendly street - it's definitely not a party house, but we have friends over from time-to-time for dinners and drinks.

// COSTS//
Rent is £480/month (per person), not incl. bills. Council tax, water + internet comes to £65/month (pp). Gas/leccy varies from month-to-month, but is almost always less than £100 split between 3 (and should be even lower with summer coming up).
