My cousin and I are have been renting this property since last August, however our current lodger is moving out next month, so we’re now looking for someone new. The house is lovely and bright, has large communal areas and has recently been refurbished. Also, the room advertised gets the sunrise every morning and stays bright throughout the day ☀️

We are both 26 and 27, working full time Monday - Friday. So somebody in a fairly similar position would be ideal for what we’re looking for.

In terms of hobbies, we both enjoy going to music events, I’m particularly fond of the White Hotel club in Salford. I also play 5-aside once a week with Pork Pie FC and we are sometimes looking for extra players, if that’s your thing. My cousin goes to Ju-jitsu sometimes and plays golf occasionally.

Whilst I’m not opposed to the occasional blow out, we don’t want a party house but also not a completely boring one. Of course you’d be more than welcome to invite friends round too if you wish.

The house is located a 5 minute walk from Levenshulme high street, where amenities are plentiful, with plenty of places to eat and drink on the doorstep. The house is also only a 7 minute walk to the train station and only a 15 minute cycle or 10 minute drive in to the city centre.

We’ll be renting the property for at least 5 more months, with a view to maybe extending this.

This is a large 3 bed property, with a lovely spacious garden out back 🌳 which we intend to make more inviting now the weather is better.

Finally, we’d need to meet anybody who is interested prior to you moving in, so we know you’d be a decent fit to move in with us. Viewings are welcome 🙏
