Small Double Bedroom In Levenshulme

I'm Miles, I'm 22 and bought this house last year with my brother, who lives in London. We have a huge mortgage to pay so are renting out the spare rooms. The other room is rented by my best mate Liam who is 23 and his girlfriend Lauren who is 24. The are both nursing students who both usually work night shifts so quiet would be appreciated during the day if they are sleeping.

I'm an interpreter who works mainly from home, translating French, Italian and Swedish, both over the phone and via online video calls.

Please note I am a naturist, which, yes, means i lead a clothing-optional lifestyle the majority of the time. There is nothing seedy about this, my ex girlfriend lived with me for 9 months until recently and it has never been a problem for my other 3 lodgers, although we have all known each other for quite a few years.

My current lodger is moving out in a few weeks so this room will be available from early July. The room has a double bed but it is a small rom. The room is £99 a week which includes all bills and council tax. Couples are welcome for an additional £25 per week.

The room has an en-suite bathroom an the large kitchen/dining room has a washer/dryer and plenty of cupboard space for storage. The back yard is a pretty good size and has outside seating and we have regular BBQs.
