Rooms Available in lovely leafy house in Levvy

Hello! Ive got three double bedrooms to rent in my lovely rental in Levenshulme. My housemates are moving on to new adventures (travelling/living with partners etc) so looking for some likeminded, friendly housemates to share with. Ideally girls and LGBTQIA+ folks that are kind, respectful and up for a bit of fun and a laugh. I work hybrid so looking for housemates with similar working patterns :) We split the rent equally (£550 each) and bills are around £125 each.

The house:
- Spacious kitchen and open plan dining room
- Separate living room
- Two bathrooms, both with showers
- Three double bedrooms all spacious enough to fit a desk in - one of these rooms is a bit unique, with a smaller ‘sleeping space’ and stairs leading up to a private attic area (my current housemate uses it as her own little office)
- Little yarden out the back with table and chairs to chill outside in
- Plenty of on street parking if you drive

The area:
- Great transport links with a ten minute walk to Levenshulme train station which gets you to Piccadilly in 8 minutes
- Lots of lovely parks in walking distance (Cringle Park, Highfield Country Park)
- Plenty of local shops, bars and restaurants nearby

About me:
30 y/o gal from Bolton, have lived here for coming up to a few years now (and dont want to let it go!) Enjoys music, gigs, art, travelling, cooking, yoga, outdoorsy stuff like a nice hike on a sunny day, a natter at the pub and a cheeky night out every now and again.
