One Bed Flat

I need to sublet my one bed flat for the summer months. Its in a cool area of Manchester - Levenshulme station is about a ten minute walk away and its a 7 minute trip into Piccadilly station (central Manchester) buses also go in and take around 25-30 minutes. There are a number of shops close by including Asda, aldi, Tesco express and some nice bars and restaurants. I’m interested in renting to a working professional who will respect the neighbours whilst I’m away and not host any crazy parties!!! Of course welcome to have guests. There is a bath and shower in the bathroom. A community garden downstairs and the flats are dog friendly :).
