Tenant needed! 5 bed student house - levenshulme

URGENT!

We are four girls looking to replace our fifth tenant who is no longer able to live with us. We need a replacement tenant to sign the rental contract by 28th of April! The rental contract is for next academic year starting 1st July 2026.

Pls message us for the full vids of the house because spare room takes a while to approve the videos. Please note the videos and photos provided are from the house viewing we went to of the current tenants, so please don’t mind the clutter it is not our clutter lol x
We are going to third year and are studying:
-Chemistry UoM
-Infectious Diseases UoS
-Music Bimm
-Music Bimm

We are a diverse group of girls who enjoy going out, pubs, film nights. We love going out but also love a night in to binge watch a show. We are excited to meet a new housemate and friend!

We visited this house and loved it straight away. It’s a three floor semi-detached house on a residential road, with a huge garden. It has a living room, kitchen, dining room and toilet on the first floor and bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There is a bathroom on the second floor which is shared. All the beds are double.

The rental contract starts 1st July 2026 - 31st June 2027. Bills are all included.

We are open to 2nd/3rd/4th year students joining us and preferrable a girl.
