We have a cosy room available at the back of the house overlooking the garden.

It comes with a small double bed, drawers and clothes rail.

Our big Victorian house has super-fast 70Mb broadband (and 2 routers), a brand new kitchen, a sitting room and a separate telly room with a 50 inch big screen. There are also two bathrooms (one newly refurbished).

You'll be sharing with two other housemates. The (gay) owner of the house stays occasional weekends.

We're on a quiet street, but very close to Stockport Road for the 192 and 7 mins walk from the train station.

There is loads of green space nearby, including a big, wild country park.

The room is £350 a month including all bills except energy (which we split 3 ways). This is discounted for the first 3 months from £370.

We're looking for a professional who wants to make the house a home.
