Spacious Double Room Available

I’m renting out a fully furnished double room in a two‑bedroom house. Although I’m the landlord and keep the second room for myself, I don’t live in the property, so you’ll have the whole house to yourself most of the time.
I’ll only stop by occasionally to collect mail or move a few things, so your privacy is guaranteed.

There is a friendly cat living in the house (her name is Lemon). I visit regularly to feed her. She has her own gate, so she comes and goes as she likes.

Very close to a local shop and bus stop if you dont have a vehicle.
