Sharing with me, owner (working Mon–Fri). I’m tidy, clean and want the same from my housemate. Evenings are generally quiet (I’m out a few evenings with hobbies) Also sharing with my terrier dog (see pic)

The house is really near a park & library, has a decent local and there's some nice places to grab a coffee in the village. It's up the road from todmorden & hebden bridge: lots of arts/activist/workshops/music/cafe culture/decent pubs.
