There is a bus stop literally right outside the house and is over the road from Birchfields park so a pretty decent location.
-Deposit: £390.00 - protected within Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) which is fully refundable at the end of the tenancy subject to damages and/or cleanliness in the property.
-Monthly rent is £424.66 including bills. Utilities are managed by Bills Paid Ltd (gas, water, electricity, broadband and a TV Licence).
-Tenants must have a UK Guarantor over the age of 21 and in full time employment. If this cannot be provided, the tenant can pay a minimum of three month's rent in advance or pay for a company such as Housing Hand to stand as their Guarantor.
