This is a really great opportunity! I have a double room in a 2-bed flat on Stockport road, right by asda and lidl, and multiple take aways if you don't like cooking. Bus stop next to the building, 192 takes about 10-15 minutes to city centre, 197 will take you to MMU and Uni of Man in 10 minutes!
The bedroom is furnished: double bed with a new mattress, big wardrobe, chest of drawers, large desk and a night stand. The walls in the bedroom have been painted freshly 6 months ago.

I have lived in this flat for nearly 4 years and I love it. You will have plenty of cooking utensils and equipment to use (for vegetarians and vegans only; if you eat meat you will be asked for your own utensils). The bathroom was renovated last year. Plenty of spare room and storage. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished, we received a new large fridge last year. I have purchased a new vacuum cleaner and a steam mop last month as well 💓

About me: I am 29 and a master's student/professional. I'm vegetarian, nonsmoker, non-drinker. I don't really like going out, I love staying home and cooking/sewing/reading or just watching telly. I love a clean and tidy house, so I am looking for someone who will keep it this way too, as I love this flat too much to keep it messy. I am definitely looking for someone similarly minded, who isn't loud and who isn't partying every night. I work a lot and I study as well, so home is my sanctuary💓
I have a cat and he pretty much owns the space, he is the cuddliest, loudest, chunkiest boy in the world, he loves people and you must like cats, cause he will try and spend every moment with you when I'm not home 😂

Admin stuff: because this is an agency rented flat, you will be required to sign the tenancy straight away to secure the proprety, with the move in on the 1st of September 2024. This is a tenancy takeover and you will sign it for 12 months. The agency is MCR MOVE and so far they have been very accommodating with me in terms of moves, repairs, etc, which is why I have signed my agreement for the 5th year.
