Welcome...this is a spacious double bedroom in a new build 10mins outside city centre. The house has 2 bathrooms, a kitchen-diner, lounge, 2 bedrooms, pretty big understairs torage cupboard and garden. The area is all new, with a couple of small parks outside, corner shop, doctor's and pharmacy.

There is a bus stop on the corner with super frequent buses into city centre and Piccadilly train station (10mins drive). Or it is a 30-40mins walk into Picc Gardens. Easy access but nice and quiet here.

A little bit about me...I am a Project Manager, currently working from home but v keen to start having some office days again! I love doing Les Mills workouts, reading, going for dinner or drinks and chilled TV evenings.
