Hello,
I’m looking for a professional clean and tidy tenant. One double room is available in this happy house share. The room is available from the start of November.

CURRENT HOUSEMATE

Ellie (Ad ref# 11097268) will be moving in 1st November and is a 27 year old account manager at a full service advertising agency. She’s extremely sociable, a hockey player, gyms regularly and loves getting out and about doing things.

She is looking for a housemate who she can be friends with and sometimes do things together with. She enjoys going on nights out, trying new restaurants and bars, as well as having a chilled night in.

Ideally, you would be a professional who probably works office hours like Ellie and is looking for a house to make their home and be a space to relax in on the evenings and weekends.

LOCATION

The house is located close to the city centre (2miles), Universities, Man City’s Stadium, Puregym, KFC, McDonalds, Tesco and other local shops.

Manchester City Centre is 7-10 minutes away by train, bus or car. It is a 35-40 minute walk to Piccadilly and Manchester City Centre. Taxis are roughly £5-6.

Bus links to city centres 201/203/204 along Hyde Road (few minutes walk), 205/206/207 from Manchester Climbing Centre or you can go to Ashbury Train station and get the train direct to Manchester Piccadilly.

The M60, M66 are close and there parking is available. Commutable to Bury, Rochdale, Oldham and Stockport.

Media City, Trafford and Salford Quays are also just a 15 - 20 minute (non rush hour) drive away.
