Double room

Double bedroom fully furnished in a fully furnished 3 bed house.

I use the third bedroom for when i'm working from home for one of my two jobs,

The kitchen has the appliances you would expect (inc dishwasher), and downstairs there is a separate lounge, dining room and separate loo. upstairs is also a bathroom.

its a quiet area, the neighbours are lovely (the kind of people who take in packages and will put your bins out).

The garden is in the process of having some work done to it, and is still a bit of work to do over the next few weeks / months.
There is off street parking.

It’s a 10 - 15 minute walk to the tram stop (Newton Heath & Moston) that takes less than 10 minutes to Victoria, or a 5 minute walk to the bus to town.

I’m looking for a housemate rather than a lodger (if that makes sense). So personality and making sure we get on is the big thing for me.

I have a 1 year old pug who is very affectionate and playful.

Available from date is flexible.
