The bedroom

Double Room Available in 2 Bed House in the Miles Platting area of Manchester, about a 20 minute walk from Piccadilly train station.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, a bedside table, one wardrobe and two chest of drawers. The room doesn't include the mirrored 3 door wardrobe, the white chest of drawers or television (these belong to the current housemate.)

The rent for the room includes the rent, gas and electricity, water, internet, Netflix and cleaning products.

The house includes a kitchen, living room, garden and bathroom. There is off road parking.

The second room is occupied by myself and my partner Craig. Craig works in the motorcycle industry and I'm a support worker at a college so we both work during the week and are at home in the evenings and weekends.
We sometimes catsit for a friend, so unfortunately people who suffer from an allergy to cats wouldn't be comfortable. We're generally clean and tidy people, happy to have people round for a drink and also happy to sit in the dark with a video game.
