Roommate needed urgently - no deposit required!

Hi!

I’m Callum, 25 years old and (obviously) looking for a roommate for my spare room!

The property itself is a 3 bedroom semi detached house with a cellar and garage (neither of which I actually use), built in oven / hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.

The price pcm includes all bills including Virgin 100 fibre WiFi plus Netflix and Disney Plus!

The house is a 2 minute walk from the nearest bus stop, and from there the bus takes around 20 minutes to get to the city centre. There’s an off licence late shop and a pub within the same 2 minute walk! It’s also a 15 minute walk to the nearest tram stop (Failsworth). There’s a Tesco, Aldi, Morrison’s, KFC and McDonald’s all within a 5 minute drive of the house.

The room itself comes fitted with a wardrobe / vanity unit and 2 cupboards as shown in the pictures, and also has a mortice lock on the door. I recently refurnished pretty much the whole house, so you’d only need a bed. The 3rd bedroom is used as an office, perfect if you’re working from home.

I live here with my dog, a 6 year old American Akita, so regrettably I can’t accept anyone with pets or allergies. He is super friendly with new people, as well as being chipped, up to date with all flea / worm treatment and jabs.

I work in Manchester Mon - Fri 08:00-16:30 and work from home 2 days per week, so I don’t get up to much throughout the week aside from work and walking my dog. I’m preferably looking for a long term roommate who will be in Manchester for a while and can move in before 1st September, such as a young professional or uni student. Male / Female / LGBTQ+ / happily considered.
