Looking for a friendly housemate :)

I have a double bedroom to rent on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre. It is near Blackfriars and about a 10-15 minute walk into town so it is really handy for everything! The house has 3 bedrooms in total but I have one as a spare room for storage / wardrobe space. The house is really spacious and also has a large lounge, kitchen, a bathroom, another toilet, garden and off-road parking. The bathroom has just been completely re-done so it is all really modern. A garden is always an advantage compared to city centre flats and great for bbq's in the Summer! The bedroom that is for rent has a bed (obviously :D), wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table.

I am a friendly and sociable person and would like to become friends with whoever I live. I do like my own space as well and respect others wan this too. I work 9-6 during the week in Warrington and so often like to relax and keep it low key during the week. At weekends I like to see friends, go out for drinks especially cocktails, do some cooking/baking, go salsa dancing and sometimes go to the cinema. I also don't mind sometimes staying in at weekends and just getting a takeaway.

I am a clean person and like to keep the house bright and tidy. I would like to live with someone similar who would be willing to do their fair share of cleaning around the house.

The rent is £600 per month with all bill's included. No extra agency fees or any other charges.
