Hey! My name is Nikita and I am in need of a new flatmate from the 1st May. The furnished room has a double bed with a wonderful view of Philips Park. The flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room with a balcony, and was refurbished 4 years ago so has a modern and cosy feel.
The flat comes with free parking with a tram stop and a big Asda 5-minute walk away, as well as a park right on the doorstep.
I'm a live-in landlord (but I would always refer to the flat as "our" space rather than "my" space) and am currently unemployed (taking a bit of a break after finishing my PhD). I would prefer someone who is clean and tidy, I am a vegetarian and enjoy cooking for/with flatmates. I enjoy going out but also wouldn't mind watching TV after a long day of work. I'm looking for a friend rather than a flatmate so I might ask you out for a coffee or walk first before any viewings.
