Easy transport links. 10 minutes from the city centre. Plenty of ammentities such as shops, pubs and gyms (when they can open) within a 5 minute walk. There are also lots of parks and walks with a view, ideal for while we are still in lock down and the sun is out 🌞

There is a massive super comfy U-shaped sofa that gets the full day of sun, sound system and 55" TV in the living room, the kitchen has plenty of prep and cooking space with an additional dining area.

Fast unlimited WIFI.

A nice sized front and back garden with a shed for extra storage. We will be having plenty of summer bbq's this year 🌭🍻

We have a little dog here, so a bonus if you like dogs!!
