Hi, I’m David. I am a 32 year old professional and I am looking to rent out my 2 spare bedrooms in my character property. I travel a lot so the property will Feel like your own.

Bedroom 1 is a very large double room with built in wardrobes, the room is very light and airy with loads of space. (£650pcm)

Bedroom 2 is a bright good size double room. (£600)

The house has Wi-fi and all bills are included in the rent.

The house is a large Victorian end terrace with double height ceilings and large windows. The property is in a quiet residential area but is close to transport links (Failsworth tram stop) and amenities.
There is a big lounge, separate dining room and kitchen. There is a yarden which gets the early sunshine and There are several parks close by too.

There are several local convienience shops (one opposite the house) There are also several large supermarkets in the area which are a short walk from the property or a 5 minute drive.

There are loads of restaurants and food available for delivery too!

The house is a 5 minute walk to Failsworth tram stop and takes about 12 minutes to get into Victoria in Manchester City centre.

It is also a 15 minute walk to local train station.

(5 min drive) to local PureGym, I only know this as I attend PureGym there may be closer ones!

The house is also in a great location to join the m60 ring road so is well connected for anyone needing to travel or commute.

The property has Plenty of on road parking and there is always spaces outside the house as it’s a corner plot.
