Looking for a new sociable housemate - my current housemate is moving for a new job.
The house is an absolute gem, everything is newly furnished and well kept, and you can get the bus/tram to Piccadilly in just 10 minutes! Parking too.
I work from home and love to cook, bike and go out for a pint at the weekends. I don't mind someone having friends over, playing loud music etc. Being clean and tidy is a must though.
The room:
Double room, two huge windows, bright and spacious
Included - Double bed & mattress, chest of drawers and matching side table
Shared downstairs space (kitchen/garden/lounge etc.)
Shared large clean bathroom & separate downstairs toilet
